Affordability is the #1 issue for British Columbians as they head to the polls. While $10aDay child care was a top issue in the past three elections, so far the two leading parties in this race have made zero commitments to maintain or expand quality, affordable child care.
That's why we need you to write to your candidates and say you expect them to make $10aDay part of their platforms and priorities.
The BC NDP committed to universal, quality $10aDay child care, are they now backing away? The BC Conservatives have not yet connected child care as a key affordability issue. The Greens have announced they’ll implement the $10aDay plan.
Affordable, quality, universal child care is still a priority for British Columbians. Help us send that message.
